Launch Audit
These terms cover the website at 80-20.dev, the free instant grader on it, and the paid hosted audit ("Single Run"). The open-source 80/20 Launch Audit tool is separate: it is licensed under the MIT License in its repository, and nothing here changes that.
The site and the hosted audit are operated by Fusion Data Company, 7908 Katella Way, Citrus Heights, CA 95621, United States. Contact: rob@fusiondataco.com, (916) 507-4160.
Both the free grader and the paid audit send HTTP requests to the URL you give us, including requests for files that should not be public (for example /.env, /.git/config, backup archives and server status pages), DNS lookups, and a TLS certificate check. You may only submit a site you own or are authorised to test. By submitting a URL you confirm that authorisation and you are responsible for it. We may refuse or stop any scan and may block an address that abuses the service.
A one-time, automated, URL-only audit of up to 8 public pages of the site you name, run from our servers with no browser session, no login and no access to your code. It produces a 0 to 100 score and a list of findings on a private page tied to your Stripe checkout session. That page is the deliverable. We do not send the report by email. The link is a bearer link: anyone who has it can open the report, so treat it like a receipt.
A finding is a signal, not a guarantee. The audit can miss issues and can flag things that are fine in your context. It is not a penetration test, not a compliance certification and not legal or security advice. You remain responsible for your site.
The Single Run does not test authentication, authorisation, admin routes, write endpoints or anything behind a login. Those checks exist in the open-source tool, which runs in your own coding agent, and in the deep audit we do by hand on request, which is quoted and agreed separately.
Prices are shown in US dollars on the order form and charged once through Stripe. We do not store card details. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.
The service is provided as is and as available. We may change the checks, the score bands, the price or these terms; changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for anything arising from the site or the hosted audit is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
