Launch Audit
The hosted Single Run is a one-time automated audit. This is the whole policy.
If the audit cannot run against the site you named, you get your money back. That covers a site that is down, a home page behind a login, a bot wall or challenge page that answers instead of your site, or a host that refuses our requests. The order page tells you this happened and why. The refund is issued to the card you paid with; allow up to 5 business days for it to show.
If the audit ran but the report is materially wrong about your site, or the order page never showed a report, reply to your Stripe receipt or use the contact form with your order link within 14 days of purchase and say what went wrong. We look at the order and refund it, or fix the report if that is what you prefer.
A report you disagree with on judgement rather than fact, a low score, or an order placed for a site you do not own. A completed run that scored your site is the service delivered.
